- Studying towards relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., A+ or N+).
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be well-versed in business English.
- Must be self-motivated and punctual.
- Must be willing to adhere to strict procedures and controls
