We are looking for FEMALE ARABIC & ENGLISH SPEAKER!
Telesales Representative responsibilities include:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a their queries about the properties they are interested in.
- Answering questions about properties that is available and other queries of client.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Updating customer feedback and inquiries in the system/CRM.
- Calling client about their interest.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about different type of properties and describe/explain them to prospect clients
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Must be Arabic and English Speaker
