We are looking for a FPRA Analyst in our GBS FPRA organization supporting the Mobile Networks (MN) finance team. We are operating under CFO organization with a strong focus on long-term competitiveness by systematically pursuing process optimization, standardization, streamlining accountabilities and controls over financial reporting and analysis processes.


What you will learn and contribute to

Performs overall financial reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting activities for a specific area. Is responsible for analyses, simulation models, tools and templates to support management. Manages and continuously improves the reporting process, analyses the results to support decision makers. Supports and challenges the organization in financial and business performance related issues.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provides comprehensive and high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, controlling, business analysis and planning to support decision making (Business Groups, Business Lines, Development Units or special processes) in the area of OPEX, FPO (Fixed Production Overhead expenses), CAPEX, Headcount, Inventory, etc.
  • Steers the financial reporting, forecasting and planning process for MN products or specific P&L domains or specific financial processes
  • Develops, implements, maintains and documents efficient & standardized MN Products F&C (Finance and Controlling) processes
  • Creates guidelines e.g. cost consciousness and ensures compliance with Nokia processes e.g. SOX, Limits of Authority (LoA)
  • Accountable for maintaining accurate financial master data fulfilling financial and management reporting requirements
  • Accountable for meeting IFRS and internal controls guidelines with periodic closing
  • Control efficient usage of R&D (Research and Development) or S&M (Sales and Marketing) Expenses and resources, FPO, CAPEX, Inventory
  • Takes an active role in monitoring the performance against financial targets
  • Competence development: support, train and coach F&C teams and other Global Business Services (GBS) colleagues in his/her area of responsibility
  • Accountable for risk and opportunity management and contingency planning in MN Units/Products
  • Take an active part in the deployment and control of cost efficiency programs and measures
  • Monitoring, follow-up and booking of provisions
  • Internal Control reporting

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in Financial Accounting, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting & Analysis and Financial Controlling
  • Familiar with OPEX, Fixed Assets, Internal Controls & SOX, Business and Decision support, CFO Processes & Tools
  • At least BsC degree in Finance and Accountancy or Economics
  • Experience preferably in controlling/accounting/reporting
  • Fluent written and spoken command of English
  • ERPs knowledge (SAP)
  • Advanced Excel skill
  • Power BI, Power Pivot will be a plus
