Job Description
  • Plan and manage paid media activities, consultant, and accounts
  • Support Business Units on paid media campaign landing page/microsite performance tracking implementation (GA UTM, FB pixel)
  • Create and Support yearly paid media plans/campaigns with country FSS/webShop managers
  • Execute & Troubleshoot Paid media plans/campaigns
  • Manage agency on AP level (budgeting, planning, tendering, reporting review)
  • Set-up and executing SEO audit and keyword strategy
  • Identify main Paid Media KPIs on top eCommerce platforms and driving the improvement of those
  • Form business objectives and translating those in data collecting/analysis requirements (e.g. What data sources to be purchased)
  • Overlook tendering and purchase of data sources from top data providers
  • Enable basic data processing from raw data through cleaning, extraction, validation, basic coding, crosstab, conjoint-, regression-, correlation analysis, simulation, modelling infrastructure – in simple terms creation of cross-country dashboards of top KPIs sourced from: sell-out data solutions, extracts of platform reports
  • Assign by any Supervisors

Qualifications


Education:
At least Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or marketing fields

Work experience: Preferable previous working experience 3-5 years in eCommerce or Digital Marketing. Strong understanding and command of Performance marketing tools and local marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiki, Amazon, Bukalapak, etc.) Also, having an experience with SQL and Python, with competency to create from scratch and manage large databases and dashboard about the end-to-end User Journey on ecommerce. Solid knowledge on DTC ecommerce operation models (especially.com)

Language: Fluent speaking and writing in both English and Thai

Hardware/Software skills: Advanced usage of Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V-lookup) and PowerPoint. Familiar with data analytics and reporting tools, familiar with Power BI is preferred.

Characteristics: Good analytical skill with capturing trends from raw data
