Do you have a passion for marketing and possess excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail? We're seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team of two brands, one in Bookkeeping and Business Advisory, and the other in Hospitality.
As the backbone of our marketing team, you will oversee the coordination and execution of campaigns, collaborate with professionals to raise brand awareness and contribute to our marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include coordinating marketing projects, creating and managing marketing materials, maintaining our digital presence, monitoring, and analysing marketing metrics, supporting event planning, and managing administrative tasks.
We're looking for someone with a strong interest in design and content creation, and proficiency in Google Suite, Canva Pro, Squarespace, WordPress, Active Campaign, and various EDMs. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork. Previous experience in marketing administration is a plus.
