Surveypal is a technology company founded in 2007 that provides SaaS services developed to measure and manage customer service experience. With about 30 employees representing 8 nationalities, the company is looking for a part-time financial assistant to join its Finance team.
The main responsibilities in this role are invoicing, price, and customer data updates in Procountor, Stripe, and order forms, AR tasks, and purchase order number inquiries. This position may also include office management tasks if the candidate is interested.
Experience in invoicing and financial administration is considered an advantage. Interest in developing processes is highly valued. Good knowledge of Finnish and English is essential as you will communicate with our Finnish and international customers. In addition, at Surveypal, we mainly use English as our working language.
The work of a financial assistant is quite independent but time-bound - the invoices must be processed on time. What is essential is the right attitude, a can-do spirit, accuracy, and the ability to follow and develop repetitive processes. However, you don't have to solve the challenges alone, you have your manager and other colleagues to support you.
