We are on the look-out for an exceptional Recruitment Administrators to assist our client, working as part of a supportive team you will assist the Talent Acquisition specialist and wider HR team

The role

Working alongside the Senior Advisor, your role will have specific focus around the following tasks:
  • Phone screening suitable applications
  • Arranging Interviews
  • Coordinating any required aptitude assessments
  • Conduct background checking
  • Working with employees to obtain all documentation required for onboarding
  • HRIS data entry
  • Other ad-hoc HR administrative tasks

This is an excellent opportunity to build on your Recruitment admin experience or for a HR professional with a recruitment focus

About you

Ideally you will have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar Recruitment/ HR Administration role, possess outstanding communication skills and be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency
