We are on the look-out for an exceptional Recruitment Administrators to assist our client, working as part of a supportive team you will assist the Talent Acquisition specialist and wider HR team
The role
Working alongside the Senior Advisor, your role will have specific focus around the following tasks:

About you
Ideally you will have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar Recruitment/ HR Administration role, possess outstanding communication skills and be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency

The role

- Phone screening suitable applications
- Arranging Interviews
- Coordinating any required aptitude assessments
- Conduct background checking
- Working with employees to obtain all documentation required for onboarding
- HRIS data entry
- Other ad-hoc HR administrative tasks
