The purpose of the Administrative Supervisor position is to provide administrative support for the Special Operations Dept. with managing overall field services, operations and functions for the client. The Administrative Coordinator will primarily focus on the employee management, operational forecasting of personnel requirements, and general leadership duties. They must perform all duties in accordance with SIS policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.

The purpose of the Administrative Supervisor position is to provide administrative support for the Special Operations Dept. with managing overall field services, operations and functions for the client. The Administrative Coordinator will primarily focus on the employee management, operational forecasting of personnel requirements, and general leadership duties. They must perform all duties in accordance with SIS policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.
In this role, you will:
- Manage projects as required to assist Secure Logistics team
- Monitor personnel needs and provide support to team members with forecasted growth requirements
- Assist Secure Logistics leadership with creating and building reports, department metrics, client presentations, and other administrative support tasks
- Maintain, update, and provide visibility of information with multiple tracking documents and databases
- Manage case records to ensure accurate processing of billing and payroll as needed
- Assist with time keeping records and expenses of assigned personnel
- Prepare quotations and details of our service costs
- Review billing invoices for accuracy and completeness prior to client receiving
- Collaborate with multiple SIS departments to complete assigned tasks
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and be able to complete administrative tasks efficiently, as well as, develop innovative ways to solve any problem that may arise
- Have work experience in clerical or related area
- Preferably have some college; High School diploma or GED required
- Possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Possess advanced skills and professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion
- Be able to multitask and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in a timely manner
- Be a dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Be willing to travel as needed to assist with projects
