Industry Manufacturing (Plastic injection related)
Location Johor Bahru
Job Responsibilities
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
● Supervise and guide his/ her subordinates.
● Ensure the duties of his/ her subordinates are properly done.
● Handle customer inquiry and requirements through fax/ email/ verbal.
● Ensure the customer requirement is being met at all levels of production.
● Verify shipping documents, proforma invoices and shipping orders.
● Issue proforma invoices and shipping orders.
● Prepare and send samples as per customer’s requisition.
● Introduce and promote products to customers
● Follow up new projects (new item) progress.
● Follow up on all customers’ requests.
● Visit customers or set up meetings with customers at least once every half year.
Secondary duties: (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule)
● Participate in ISO activities and customers’ audits.
● Prepare a total monthly order report.
● Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.
● Perform other related duties as required.
● Attend events or exhibitions.
The person is expected to work closely with staff from all departments.
Authorities:
- Instruct production to arrange orders and to take immediate corrective action whenever the production outputs do not meet customer’s requirements.
- Make decisions on non-conforming products for incoming and outgoing goods and WIP.
- Authorised to approve Proforma Invoice, shipping order and shipping documents.
- Authorised to approve Delivery Order.
- To approve subordinate leave.
Experience Needed
● Good interpersonal and communication skills.
● Computer literate.
● Ability to establish rapport with customers through telex-communication.
● Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
● Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
● Able to work under pressure.
● Preferably Diploma/ Degree in relevant fields.
● 5 years or above relevant practical experience.

Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
