About the position
American Express Global Business Travel is looking for travel consultants of the future - could this be you? Do you want to provide excellent customer service and provide travel advice based on knowledge and expertise?
We are American Express Global Business Travel - a global business travel agency, helping our business customers with their travels and travel-related questions.

Together with new and experienced colleagues, you will be part of a team, where customer service is provided via chat, telephone and email for our customers. Everyone contributes jointly to achieving our goals and helps each other in various ways.

- Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English, preferably knowledge of the Scandinavian languages.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner and with a high work ethic.
- Sees changes as a challenge.
