The team
We’re responsible for promoting ING as an employer among young professionals through events. There is a great variety of events that we organize: webinars, guest lectures, workshops, cases, inhouse events, career fairs and presentations. The positions that we promote are: traineeships, starter positions and internships. Moreover, we support ING’s recruitment marketing towards the Young Professionals target audience.
The Campus Events team is a team of two Event Experts plus one intern. We work closely together with other HR teams: the Employer Branding team, the team of Trainee managers and managers from various parts of ING to help set up events.
Roles and responsibility
As a Campus Events intern you are key part of positioning ING as a top employer in the Young Professionals market. You will have lots of freedom to put your own stamp on events and to think up new and innovative concepts.
Amongst others your responsibilities entail:
- Communicating and setting up events for ING interns
- Create marketing content for the target audience
- Support the organization and preparations of internal and external events.
- Market research
- Stakeholder management with other ING teams and study associations
Who are you?
You are enthusiastic, energetic and able to convey your passion about working at ING and the company culture. You have good planning and organizational skills. You thrive on setting up events and thinking up new branding activities. You’re a strong team player and enjoy maintaining contact with stakeholders, student associations and students.
Besides:
- You are a student enrolled in a Dutch HBO or University, for example, in business administration, marketing or communication.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- You have a good level of English (both written and spoken)
- You are flexible due to the nature of this role.
Please be aware: that you need to be enrolled during the entire period of the internship.
