We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, filing paperwork, preparing reports, digital marketing, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize files and documents.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence.
- Provide customer service support.
- Help with Sales & Marketing
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.98-$28.27 per hour
