SALESFORCE DEVELOPER...?
As a Salesforce Technical Lead/Developer, you'll be like a space explorer, boldly going where no one has gone before and uncovering new worlds of code and data. You'll work with our clients to understand their needs and design custom solutions that help them reach for the stars and achieve their business objectives.
You'll design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations that help our clients achieve their goals and conquer the galaxy of business.
This includes leading workshops to develop a strong understanding of the Client’s requirements, designing the application to fit the business needs, programming the applications, and leading the deployment phase. In this position, you are building a strong relationship with all the stakeholders, and you are working towards the change and the adoption of the new CRM platform.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Deliver Salesforce projects from start to finish (strategic analysis, business analysis, implementation, rollout, maintenance)
- Design and advise on the « To-Be » application to meet those needs
- Lead workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into requirements
- Configure the platform
- Define test scenarios to validate the application
- Train users and participate in Change Management activities
- All-in-all, get an active role in the digital transformation of our clients!
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- A strong IT/business affinity or background
- Very good communication skills (written and oral)
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE
- Salesforce certifications or experiences
- Experience in IT configurations (Flows, Data Modelling, etc.) and developments (Apex, API integration, Custom Apps, etc.)
- Experience in Business Analysis
- Experience working with Agile methodology
