  • Fresh Graduated accepted Diploma, STPM, Degree
  • Ms. Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Proven negotiation and sales closing skills
  • Good communication in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Have knowledge electronics or mechatronic background is a bonus
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meticulous to details
  • Video editing skill is a bonus

Responsibility

  • Describe and explain products operation to customer
  • Check email and respond email
  • Provide information about warranties manufacturing specification of products and delivery options
  • Monthly knocked payment, billing and report
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service
  • Prepare admin and sales documentations
  • Provide good customer support by handling incoming calls and inquiries
  • Assist other team members if necessary
  • Another ad-hoc task as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
