Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) are part of Global Finance Infrastructure (GFI). GFSS is running the main finance processes for SAP in close collaboration with business partners, ensuring operational excellence. The GFSS Order to Invoice (O2I) team delivers the entire process from receipt of contract documents to dispute management including service contract/service order handling, activity rebooking, invoicing, dispute management and period close activities. At the moment, parts of the process are handled in parallel by the Global PE CoE Operations team.


What you'll do:

  • Sales order creation and maintenance.

  • Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes.

  • Weekly and monthly internal monitoring and reporting.

  • Preparation and period closing activities.

  • Close cooperation and communication with internal customers and SAP subsidiaries.


What you bring:

  • Minimum upper-intermediate written and spoken English.

  • German language knowledge very welcome.

  • Certificate of Secondary Education at the minimum.

  • A strong will to deliver excellent quality.

  • Continuous improvement of technical skills and efficiency.

  • Responsive and customer focus with a proactive approach.

  • Ability to work in international teams and environment.

  • Business education is an advantage.

  • Good command of MS Office ( Excel, Word and Outlook).
